What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We, at RRISO not only believe in selling high quality products, but also believe in delivering customer service excellence. Despite striving continuously to serve our customers better, there are times when you might want to cancel or return your product(s) for circumstances beyond control.

We have listed everything below in detail for an easy and smooth process in case you do feel the need to cancel your order or seek refunds.


Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
- Yes, you can choose to cancel all unprocessed products, only if done within 24 hours of placing an order. A 100% refund of your money will be initiated and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations.

Q: Why can’t we cancel after 24 hours?
- We believe in faster delivery at your doorstep and to ensure the same the process of procurement, picking, stitching, packing, in short the preceding steps start the very next minute of your order placement and hence the deadline.


REFUND POLICY

Q: How long will the refund process take? 
Once refund confirmation is sent to you, it can take anywhere between 2-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.


Q: Are there any reasons for which there could be a delay at the Bank/Credit Card companies end? 
Yes, under very rare circumstances it does happen.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION BY RRISO

Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. RRISO reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by RRISO.

 

RETURN POLICY 

We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email .. If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

 

We do not except exchange or return of discounted garments unless a wrong piece has been shipped to the customer. 

We will not entertain exchanges any later than a month. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 1 week of receiving your order.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders, that is length or minor alterations.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please note by purchasing from RRISO you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to Return/ Exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

•  Order number
•  Product code
•  Style number
•  Specify the reason for Return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

 

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions: 

•  An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email 
  If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect

 

No Products will be accepted by RRISO if

(a) the Products have been damaged by the User
(b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product
(c) if the product returned is not the Product that was delivered
(d) any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time .
Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.

In case of returns/Exchange:

1.Return/Exchange should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery. 
2.The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags 
3.The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. 
4.The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday only. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. 
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package. 
Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to 
1.bad weather 
2.flight delays 
3.political disruptions 
4.other unforeseen circumstances 
No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.


DELIVERY POLICY

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 20-25 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International: We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges vary with the size. 
Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner.Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY - CHARGES AND TIMING

• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders 

• We will never charge you  for shipping, regardless of your basket size

•  Domestic orders are usually delivered within 20-25 business days 

 
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
 
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - CHARGES AND TIMING

• A flat shipping fee of USD 30 is applied to international orders below total basket size of USD 250

• We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 250

• International orders are usually delivered within 20-25 business days

• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

 

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
 
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
 
International shipping terms and conditions.
 
• Any part cancellation or refund of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
• Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries
• To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above USD 250
• Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, RRISO will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund
• International orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
